OVERVIEW The Specialty Product Engineer is a key technical resource supporting the manufacture of Value Added Products across North America. Value added products includes Large Grain, Co-Crystallized, Specialty Liquids and other high value products across ASR NA manufacturing facilities. This role is responsible for driving performance improvements in throughput, yield, quality, and operational efficiency through the application of sound engineering principles, scientific analysis, and data-driven decision making. DETAILED ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES Provide technical support and process engineering expertise to the Co-Crystallized, Large Grain, Specialty Liquids and other Value Added product facilities at the Chalmette, Crockett, Baltimore and Toronto manufacturing locations. Deliver improvements in: - Throughput: Monitoring and improving both instantaneous throughput and percentage uptime. Core Functions

Location: Baltimore, MD SALARY PAY RANGE:$75,000.00 - $139,000 The pay rate for the successful candidate will depend on the candidate's qualifications and prior experience.
