Process Engineer

The Process Engineer is responsible for developing, improving, and optimizing manufacturing processes across the organization's precision machining operations. This role ensures stable, repeatable, and efficient processes that support quality, throughput, and cost-reduction objectives. The Process Engineer will work closely with Planning, Manufacturing Engineering, Production, Quality, and Programming teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives and support day-to-day machining operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Process Development & Optimization
• Develop, document, and optimize machining and assembly processes for both new and legacy part programs.
• Perform time studies, cycle-time analysis, and root-cause investigations to drive improved throughput.

Continuous Improvement (CI)

• Lead and support CI initiatives (Kaizen, SMED, 5S, waste elimination).
• Work with planner/scheduler to ensure workflow and gather/analyze data using ERP system.
• Develop standardized work, visual aids, and work instructions.
• Help foster a data-driven culture inside Operations.
