Learn more about the "T" salary structure here: https://careers.temple.edu/sites/careers/files/documents/T_Salary_Structure.pdf Position Summary: Reporting to the Assistant Athletics Director for Ticket Sales, the Ticket Sales Account Executive is responsible for generating revenue through strategic prospecting, outreach, and relationship-building with new and existing fans. This role focuses on selling season tickets, partial plans, and group packages while providing exceptional customer service to ensure retention and long-term loyalty. The Account Executive manages all stages of the sales process - from researching leads and handling inbound inquiries to maintaining an organized database of contacts and tracking sales progression. In addition, the role plays a key part on game days and at special events, assisting with client service, building new relationships, and supporting operational needs. The ideal candidate brings creativity, energy, and a solutions-oriented mindset to help develop new ticket products and contribute to the growth of the overall ticketing operation. Required Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree sports management, business management, marketing or another related field required. At least one year of experience in sports sales or related field Preferred
