Structural Welder/Fabricator

Are you a skilled Structural Welder/Fabricator with a passion for precision and hands-on work? Staffmark is hiring for a direct-hire opportunity with a respected client in Ruston, Louisiana. If you have experience in welding, fitting, and assembling hydraulic systems-this is your chance to grow your career!

Pay: $20-$26/hr (Based on experience)

Shift: Must be open to shift work - including 1st and 2nd shift, days, nights, and weekends

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of structural welding and fitting experience (hydraulic systems, conveyors, etc.)
• Able to pass a written fitting test
• Proficient with welding tools, techniques, and blueprint reading
• Comfortable lifting 50+ lbs, standing, kneeling, and crouching regularly
• Flexible availability for shift work, including days, nights, weekends, and overtime

Responsibilities:

• Align parts using jacks, wedges, pry bars, etc., per blueprint specs
• Weld a variety of materials: aluminum, stainless steel, copper-nickel, titanium, and steel
• Fabricate and fit large-scale components, especially piping systems
• Assemble hydraulic and electromechanical systems with high precision
• Create templates and patterns to streamline fabrication processes
