Hours & Pay

Schedule: Monday - Friday, standard business hours

Pay Range: $75,000 - $90,000 annually (based on experience)

What You'll Do



  • Design and optimize manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency, productivity, and product quality.
  • Analyze existing workflows to identify bottlenecks and implement improvements using lean manufacturing principles.
  • Plan and set up work centers to support smooth operations and product flow.
  • Work hands-on with manufacturing equipment focused on electro-mechanical assembly and machining.
  • Collaborate with engineering, quality, and production teams to maximize shop-floor performance.
  • Participate in root-cause analyses and implement corrective actions for quality issues.
  • Support operator training to ensure adherence to procedures and promote skill development.
  • Implement 5S and other lean tools to drive continuous improvement.
  • Review and refine production processes, labor standards, and documentation in the ERP system.



What You'll Bring



  • Working knowledge of mechanical and precision electro-mechanical assembly.
  • Hands-on experience with manufacturing equipment and tools.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently while influencing cross-functional teams.
  • Experience implementing lean manufacturing or process improvement initiatives.
