Really good at finding you a site to work at; Recruiters are amazing - they will literally set you up for success." - Steve-Machine Operator, Staffmark Responsibilities: Develop CNC programs based on engineering drawings, sketches, and design data, selecting appropriate cutting tools, machining strategies, and parameters. Model cutting paths using MasterCAM and generate machine code to control tool movements. Adjust machine paths and settings to optimize production while maintaining quality standards. Determine reference points, cutting directions, and the sequence of operations for parts. Compute dimensions, radii, and curvatures; create instruction sheets and cutter lists to guide machine setup. Collaborate with machine operators to ensure accurate and efficient execution of programs. Identify opportunities for cost reduction and productivity improvement. Troubleshoot mechanical or logistical issues as they arise. Perform additional duties as assigned by management. Requirements: 3-5 years of CNC programming experience or equivalent combination of education and training Proficiency in MasterCAM software Strong attention to detail and precision Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and process documentation Skilled at troubleshooting and problem-solving Ability to work independently while following detailed instructions Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills Join a Team That Works for You At Staffmark, we're more than just a staffing company-we're your career partner.
