Pay Rate: $24.00 per hour

Shift: 1st Shift, Monday-Friday

Employment Type: Direct Hire

What You'll Do



  • Use SolidWorks Professional (2020 or newer) to create and approve shop drawings, ensuring fit, form, and function of all products.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, mechanical drawings, and specifications.
  • Prepare detailed customer approval drawings and fabrication/assembly drawings from models or measured templates.
  • Convert instructions into accurate CAD drawings and ensure they align with manufacturing requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with design, production, and engineering teams to deliver high-quality custom solutions.
  • Maintain high accuracy and efficiency in a fast-paced, custom manufacturing environment.



What You'll Bring



  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design, Engineering, or a similar field preferred.
  • Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in CAD modeling/drawing using SolidWorks in a manufacturing, furniture, or millwork setting.
  • Proven ability to interpret and create drawings from 3-D models, blueprints, or templates.
  • Strong attention to detail, self-motivation, teamwork skills, and reliability.
  • Experience with custom woodworking/furniture/millwork industries is a strong plus.
  • Standing capability throughout the shift; lifting minimal weight is not required.
