About the Role

We are seeking a Manager, Human Resources (HR Business Partner) to join our team at our Los Angeles corporate office. As a Manager, Human Resources, you will partner with corporate leaders to drive people strategies that enhance performance, engagement, and organizational effectiveness across key functions. This role requires you to be onsite in Los Angeles four days per week, giving you hands-on collaboration with the team and daily exposure to the pulse of the business.

Compensation



  • Salary Range: $90,000-$120,000



Core Accountabilities (What You'll be Doing)



  • Partner with leaders to drive performance, engagement, and employee relations strategies
  • Lead fair, objective investigations and recommend solutions that support employees and leaders
  • Strengthen capability and career growth through training, development, and HR programs
  • Support organizational design, workforce planning, and change initiatives that enhance effectiveness
  • Collaborate with HR COEs to deliver seamless talent, total rewards, and HR operations support
  • Coach leaders to build high-performing teams and elevate employee experience
  • Use HR metrics and insights to proactively inform decisions and drive continuous improvement



Minimum Qualifications (What You Bring to the Table)



  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Minimum of 5 years of HR or related business experience
  • Experience supporting corporate employee populations, including senior leaders
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and compliance requirements
  • Demonstrated skill in communication, problem solving, and coaching
  • Ability to build credibility, influence effectively, and maintain confidentiality
  • Thrives in fast-paced environments with evolving priorities



Preferred Qualifications (Extra Ingredients for Success)



  • HR certification (SHRMCP, SHRMSCP, PHR, SPHR)
  • Experience in manufacturing, food production, or multi-site organizations
  • Experience leading management initiatives
  • Familiarity with HRIS platforms and HR data analytics
  • Background supporting distributed or remote employee groups
