Cabinet Installer

• Install custom cabinetry in commercial construction projects with precision and attention to detail.
• Perform occasional on-site finishing and touch-ups to meet high-quality standards.
• Read and interpret cabinet designs, drawings, and blueprints.
• Install complex molding, crown molding, scribe fillers, furniture feet, base moldings, toe kicks, and end panels.
• Handle floating shelving, decorative hardware, and custom appliance door panels.
• Plan and execute cabinet installations in compliance with building codes and project requirements.
• Travel to multiple job sites across Lake Norman and the Greater Charlotte area as needed.

• 1-3 years of experience installing high-end custom cabinets.
• Basic experience with on-site finishing and touch-ups; knowledge of 2K Poly and Conversion Varnish finishes is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality craftsmanship.
• Proficiency with hand and power tools (use company-provided tools).
