Highlights of your role

Provide production teams and supervisors with clear leadership and direction that supports daily operations and long-term goals

Partner with cross-functional teams to support manufacturing activities, address obstacles, and improve workflow

Monitor performance results, guide supervisors on improvements, and support continuous progress toward key metrics

Strengthen employee engagement and a strong workplace culture through fair practices, effective communication, and development opportunities

Promote a culture of safety including maintaining OSHA incident rate and other safety measures

You're a good fit if you have (or if you can)

Bachelor's degree in engineering, and 5+ years of experience in manufacturing leadership

Experience managing people, processes, and systems in a made-to-order environment

Strong communication skills

Strong ability to use Microsoft Office products
