Overview

We are seeking a Senior HubSpot Campaign Manager to play a hands-on, high-impact role in the execution, management, and optimization of our B2B demand generation campaigns, with a strong emphasis on HubSpot campaign delivery and marketing automation excellence.

This role is ideal for a HubSpot power user who thrives in building, launching, and refining campaigns end-to-end - from concept through execution, optimization, and scale. You will serve as a critical connector between Marketing, Revenue Operations, and GTM teams, ensuring campaigns are not only launched efficiently, but continuously improved to drive pipeline and revenue.

If you are passionate about turning strategy into operationally excellent, automate, multi-channel campaigns inside HubSpot, this role is for you.

Responsibilities

Campaign Execution (Primary Focus)

Own the end-to-end execution of B2B demand generation campaigns within HubSpot, including email, nurture, lifecycle, and account-based programs.
  • Build, launch, and optimize multi-channel campaigns across email, landing pages, forms, workflows, and CRM integrations.
  • Create and maintain scalable workflows, nurture streams, lead routing, scoring, and automated programs that support marketing and sales alignment.
  • Serve as a HubSpot campaign architect, ensuring campaigns are built to scale and adhere to best practices.
  • Partner with Product Marketing to translate campaign strategy into technically sound, executable programs.
  • Ensure clean, consistent campaign setup standards across the organization.

Marketing Automation & Process Excellence

  • Design and manage automation that improves lead flow, lifecycle management, and campaign performance.
  • Continuously optimize segmentation, targeting, and personalization within HubSpot.
  • Troubleshoot campaign issues, resolve operational bottlenecks, and improve time-to-launch .
  • Maintain documentation and best practices for campaign operations and automation.

Webinar & Virtual Event Campaign Support (Secondary Focus - Not Ownership)

  • Serve as a key operational partner for webinars and virtual events, supporting campaigns powered by ON24.
  • Build and manage webinar-related campaign assets in HubSpot including registration pages, confirmation emails, reminders, and post-event nurture.
  • Act as a backup operator for ON24-supported webinars, stepping in as needed to support live execution and issue resolution.
  • Partner closely with Events and Product Marketing teams to ensure webinars are operationally sound and aligned to pipeline goals.

Performance Optimization & Operational Insight

  • Monitor campaign health and performance inside HubSpot, adjusting workflows, targeting, and messaging to improve engagement and conversion.
  • Track key campaign metrics including delivery, engagement, and conversion.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Revenue Ops, Performance Analytics, BDRs, and Sales to ensure campaign data integrity.
  • Use insights to recommend improvements that drive revenue impact, with a focus on execution and optimization over pure reporting.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Act as a trusted partner to Product Marketing, Performance Analytics, BDRs, Sales, and Revenue Operations.
  • Ensure campaigns are aligned to GTM motions, account strategies, and revenue priorities.
  • Support enablement and training to ensure HubSpot is leveraged effectively across teams.

Other Responsibilities

  • Complete all responsibilities as outlined in the annual Performance Plan.
  • Complete all special projects and other duties as assigned.
  • Must be able to perform duties with or without reasonable accommodation.

This job description is intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed and is not to be construed as an exhaustive list of responsibilities, duties, and skills required. This job description does not constitute an employment agreement and is subject to change as the needs of Cotiviti and the requirements of the job change.

Qualifications

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or related field (Master's a plus).
  • 7+ years of experience in marketing operations, Campaign Operations, or Demand Generation Operations.
  • Advanced, hands-on experience (at least 5+ years of hands-on HubSpot experience) building and executing campaigns in HubSpot (beyond basic administration or implementation).
  • Proven ability to design and manage:
    • Workflows & automation

  • Comfortable managing multiple campaigns and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience partnering with Marketing and GTM teams to operationalize strategy.

Analytics & Reporting (Bonus/Supporting Skill)

  • Experience using HubSpot reporting and/or tools such as Power BI or Tableau to monitor campaign performance.
  • Ability to interpret data to improve campaign execution - with a primary focus on action, not just analysis.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in healthcare, healthcare technology, or B2B SaaS.
  • Experience supporting ABM and account-based campaign execution.
  • Familiarity with ON24 or similar webinar platforms (Zoom Webinars, GoToWebinar, etc.).
