Job Summary

As a Manufacturing Operator II, you will play a pivotal role in our production team, ensuring that manufacturing processes are executed efficiently, safely, and according to quality standards. This full-time position involves hands-on operation of equipment, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and adherence to safety and procedural guidelines to support continuous manufacturing excellence



**This role is actively hiring for 3rd shift ONLY - Sunday - Thursday 10pm - 6:30am**

Primary Duties
  • Operate and monitor manufacturing machinery and equipment to maintain steady production flow while meeting quality and efficiency targets.
  • Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on machines to identify and resolve minor technical issues promptly.
  • Follow detailed work instructions, safety policies, and quality protocols to ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards.
  • Collaborate with quality assurance and engineering teams to report equipment malfunctions and suggest process improvements.
  • Maintain accurate production records and documentation to support traceability and operational transparency.
  • Participate in ongoing training initiatives and continuous improvement programs to enhance operational expertise and team performance.
  • Support material handling and inventory management activities to ensure availability of components and reduce downtime.
  • Adhere to environmental, health, and safety regulations to foster a safe workplace for all employees.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in a similar operator role with hands-on machine operation.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control principles, and safety standards.
  • Ability to interpret technical documents such as standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and equipment manuals.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to troubleshooting machinery and production issues.
  • Effective communication skills to interact with team members, supervisors, and cross-departmental partners.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts and adapt to changing production demands.
  • Commitment to teamwork, reliability, and continuous learning.
Education / Experience

A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Previous manufacturing or industrial experience is highly valued. Relevant technical certifications or vocational training in manufacturing operations or equipment maintenance are advantageous

The US base rate for this full-time position is . The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will depend on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge and skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal pay equity. Compensation decisions are made based on the specific facts and circumstances of each role and candidate.
