Schedule: Monday - Friday, 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM Pay Rate: $18 - $20/hr. Key Responsibilities: Perform manual and semi-automated assembly operations using various tools and equipment. Set up new jobs with minimal supervision while maintaining quality and efficiency standards. Inspect and measure parts using precision instruments such as calipers and micrometers. Identify and report quality issues, supporting continuous improvement and safety initiatives. Accurately complete documentation and maintain a clean, organized work area following 5S principles. Train and assist junior operators as needed. Qualifications: Minimum 2-3 years of assembly or manufacturing experience. Experience in automation. High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Proficient in basic computer and math skills. Familiarity with assembly and measuring equipment. Ability to stand for long periods and work in warm environments. Dependable, safety-conscious, and team-oriented.
