The Business Development Representative is responsible for meeting goals and objectives by covering all sales functions in an assigned territory, forecasts, solicits and secures orders from potential and existing customers. The BDR will also work in coordination with Associate Sales Reps, Director of Sales and Healthcare Solutions, on selling opportunities. The primary duty involves generating, tracking and following up on leads within assigned territory. Duties and Responsibilities Primary objective is consistent achievement of monthly/ quarterly revenue and margin goals for the assigned territory through phone, email, and other electronic methods of creating business remotely. This translates into the following specific responsibilities:

Note: This position is not eligible for employer based visa sponsorship Disclosure as required by applicable law, the annual salary range for this position is $60,000 - $62,000 with bonus opportunity. The actual compensation may vary based on geographic location, work experience, education and skill level. The salary range is CONMED's good faith belief at the time of this posting.
