The Condition Monitoring Consultant leads Foley's condition monitoring programs, optimizing equipment performance and providing expert support to both internal teams and customers. The role combines data-driven analysis, problem-solving, and training to ensure equipment reliability and outstanding service. What You Will Do in This Role: Lead and manage the condition monitoring program to drive service improvements. Analyze equipment data and inspections to provide actionable repair recommendations. Manage maintenance and repairs under Fleet Services and Maintenance Contracts. Oversee oil sampling programs and communicate results to guide maintenance decisions. Deliver training, organize reports, and share insights with internal teams. Identify performance and cost challenges and provide proactive solutions. Support escalated customer issues with professionalism and care. Travel and work varying hours as business needs arise. Our Ideal Candidate: Associate's degree or equivalent experience (3+ years). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong computer skills and ability to quickly learn new software. Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills. Comfortable teaching and sharing knowledge with others. What Will Put You Ahead: Experience with condition monitoring technologies and advanced diagnostic tools. Proven record of improving equipment reliability and reducing downtime. Familiarity with industry standards and best practices in equipment maintenance.
