In this role, you'll be at the forefront of the transportation infrastructure market, directly influencing how major capital projects-from international airports to complex rail networks-are designed and maintained. You will be a strategic architect of Trimble's leadership in the Americas, shaping the future of linear infrastructure by bridging the gap between field technology and high-level asset management.

Key Exciting Responsibilities

  • Spearhead Regional Growth: Implement dynamic sales strategies to hit revenue targets across the airport, road, and rail sectors for the Americas region.

  • Champion Cross-Portfolio Innovation: Identify and capture opportunities in major construction projects, leveraging the full Trimble portfolio to solve complex industry challenges.

  • Empower Distribution Partners: Coach and support distributor personnel to expand market coverage and enhance service delivery across the territory.

  • Be the Voice of the Customer: Act as a dedicated advocate by translating market findings into actionable feedback for our engineering and product management teams.

  • Drive Industry Presence: Lead the way at high-profile trade shows and industry association committees, showcasing Trimble's leadership in infrastructure technology.

Essential Skills & Experience
  • Industry Veteran: You bring 7+ years of deep expertise in the transportation infrastructure market.

  • Domain Expertise: You possess a solid understanding of infrastructure operations, regulations, and the unique technological challenges of the industry.

  • Strategic Sales Pro: You are a natural communicator with a proven talent for managing a combined direct-led and indirect sales approach.

  • Tech-Fluent: You are proficient in modern sales tools like Salesforce and comfortable utilizing AI to enhance market efficiency.

Bonus Points For:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Geomatics Engineering.

  • Direct experience selling technology solutions for capital infrastructure or asset management projects.

  • Foundational knowledge of geospatial technology and its real-world applications.

Compensation: Trimble provides the following compensation range and general description of other compensation and benefits that it in good faith believes it might pay and/or offer for this position. This compensation range is based on a full time schedule. Trimble reserves the right to ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and offer additional benefits and other compensation, depending on circumstances not related to an applicant's sex or other status protected by local, state, or federal law.
