Job Posting Title: Senior HRIS Product Lead - Learning Management Systems About HR Technology: Gartner's core asset is its people. What we're looking for: We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Product Lead to oversee our portfolio of HR enabling technologies, including Learning Management Systems (LMS) as well as other key HR platforms such as survey feedback systems and organizational modeling systems. The Senior Product Lead provides active thought leadership on best-in-class technologies and capabilities, collaborating with the business to evolve our products and drive innovation that benefits the organization. This role sits at the intersection of business and technology, building and maintaining strong relationships with Business Process Owners, and consulting and guiding the business on technology possibilities, limitations, and the implications of system changes. The Senior Product Lead provides operational leadership and excellence in execution across multiple HR systems. This position sits within the HRIS organization and requires a leader with a strong customer orientation, a deep understanding of learning and HR technologies, and expert technical knowledge of learning management systems, survey feedback systems and organizational modeling systems, as well as a basic understanding of enterprise HR systems. Acting as the Product Owner for these technologies, the Senior Product Lead must provide transparency into HRIS team activities, estimate delivery timelines for issue fixes and product enhancements, and manage to these deadlines while maintaining strong communication with the business. The Senior Product Lead must also demonstrate strong vendor management skills, ensuring our partnerships with technology vendors and system integrators deliver on the quality and timelines necessary to effectively support the business. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range, or be above or below the range, based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location. In addition to base salary, employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan.
