While ensuring production standards are efficient and production standards are met. Ensures good manufacturing procedures by following housekeeping standards. Ensures efficient and quality production and positive employee relations by complying with all employment processes. Knowledge, Skills, and abilities: Ability to work daily or weekly overtime when necessary. Ability to understand the diagnostics on the machine Follow safety procedures and checklist for startup, emergency stop, and restart of the lines after down time. Read and follow written instructions, Ability to read, write and speak English. Ability to understand and follow verbal instructions. Have basic math and writing skills. Work independently or within a team Education and Experience High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred Have some knowledge of the processes in Further Processing Have some experience with machinery.
