Real Estate Associate - Charleston

• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in the areas of commercial real estate transactions (ideally representing lenders, as well as borrowers), real estate purchase and sale transactions, real estate development, land use and zoning, leasing and commercial real estate lending.
• Excellent academic credentials, oral and writing skills and references.
• Candidate must be licensed to practice law in South Carolina.
