Overview Gilbane Development Company is seeking an Assistant Asset Manager to assist, develop, and implement best practices to its Purpose-Built Student Housing (PBSH) portfolio. The Assistant Asset Manager will assist with day-to-day functions with the objective of enhancing the underlying performance of the Asset Management Department to achieve the economic goals of Gilbane Development Company and ownership groups. Responsibilities
Assist with the operation and preservation of the PBSH portfolio by responding in a timely, thorough, and concise manner to questions and requests from both internal and external sources.
Qualifications EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data. For Providence, RI this ranges from $85,000.00 - $95,000.00 plus benefits and retirement program.
