Opportunity Details:

• Growing practice with ample leadership opportunities
• No cardiac surgery or transplant cases; occasional pediatric cases (ages 2+)
• Team includes fellowship-trained colleagues in OB Anesthesia, Pediatric Anesthesia, Pain Management, Critical Care, and Cardiothoracic Anesthesia
• OR volume: ~300-360 cases per month
• OB volume: <100 deliveries per month; ~80% labor epidural rate
• Off-site anesthesia locations include MRI, Interventional Radiology, and an endoscopy/bronchoscopy suite (co-located with main ORs)
• Six main operating rooms; no office-based anesthesia or freestanding ambulatory facility
• Supported by three dedicated Biomedical Equipment Technicians
• Some solo cases; CRNA supervision model with a 1:2 ratio (all CRNAs supervised)

• A license to practice Medicine in the State of New York
• Experience in block placement in upper and lower extremities preferred but not required
• Board eligible or certified in Anesthesiology

Wages and Benefits include:
Annual Base Salary: $221,025* (board eligible); $226,275* (board certified) based on 21-hour work week. Additional compensation available for extra call or sessional/per diem hours.

The annual total value of the compensation package is estimated between $386,128** (board eligible) and $373,903** (board certified) which includes the baseline salary, fringe benefits, sessional/per diem hours, and other factors as set forth below:

• Estimated annual compensation for 10 additional sessional/per diem hours worked per week is $104,000***.
• Projected bonus of up to $21,000 (based on previous year's average), contingent upon meeting quality and productivity targets
• 401(k) Company Contribution (subject to IRS contribution limits):
  • Employees are immediately vested in a 3% company contribution of base earnings. No employee match is required.
  • After one year of service, employees receive an additional 7% company contribution of base earnings. No employee match is required.
• Annual Continuing Medical Education (CME) Reimbursement.
