Cleveland Brothers, the largest Cat dealer in Pennsylvania, northern West Virginia, and western Maryland, has an immediate opportunity for a Process Coordinator.

This position offers an exciting opportunity for a process coordinator to optimize the workflow control process, contributing to the overall success and profitability of the organization.

Position Summary:

As a Process Coordinator, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing process control documentation and layouts to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the production floor. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, production, and supply chain, to identify areas for improvement and develop innovative solutions to enhance process performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in process with a passion for driving continuous improvement and achieving operational excellence.

Primary Responsibilities:

1. Design, develop, maintain, and implement process control documents.
2. Develop, maintain, and update floor work procedures
3. Collaborate with technician, engineering, and leadership teams to integrate shop flow into new equipment designs, ensuring seamless functionality and compatibility.
4. Conduct thorough analysis of existing processes, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
5. Implement data acquisition and monitoring systems to collect real-time process data, analyze performance trends, and identify areas for optimization.
6. Provide technical support and training to operations and maintenance teams on the use and maintenance of process control systems and equipment.

Skills / Knowledge / Qualifications:

1. Proven experience in process control and design, preferably in manufacturing or heavy industry.
2. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to develop innovative solutions.

3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
4. Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to precision and accuracy in all aspects of process control.
5. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
6. Effective computer skills and ability to pick up new software at an accelerated rate.
