You Are:

You are a highly technically skilled and motivated leader with a proven track record in project engineering management. With over 15 years of experience in the technology industry, you have honed your expertise in leading complex, cross-functional technical projects from conception to completion. Your background in computer science, engineering, or a related field equips you with the knowledge and skills needed to drive innovation and excellence in engineering platforms. As a strategic thinker, you excel in resource planning, risk management, and problem resolution, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within scope. Your excellent communication and collaboration skills enable you to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high-quality integration outcomes. Your familiarity with Gen-AI and Platform Engineering, as well as your experience in the EDA space, positions you as a valuable asset to our organization.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Introducing a product mindset and product management discipline in building the next generation Synopsys Engineering Platform, a next-generation Gen AI enabled EDA product assembly line.
• Acting as the product evangelist for Synopsys Central Engineering projects, ensuring cohesive and efficient integration of new products and services.
• Leading cross-functional teams in developing and rolling out products for both external and internal customers, managing strategic and tactical aspects to achieve project goals.
• Planning and allocating necessary resources adaptively to ensure timely deliverables, proactively identifying and addressing potential issues.
• Collaborating closely with internal and external stakeholders to understand requirements, set expectations, define features and priorities, and ensure alignment on integration strategies.
• Developing and executing onboarding processes for new products, ensuring seamless integration with existing platforms and driving adoption and usage.
• Identifying potential risks, driving problem resolution through fact-based decision making, and managing change from conception to delivery.
• Defining, promoting, implementing, and continuously improving team and cross-functional engineering processes and practices.
• Maintaining comprehensive documentation of integration processes, architectures, and project progress, and regularly reporting key metrics and project status to senior management.

What You'll Need:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
• Over 15 years of relevant experience in the technology industry, with a minimum of 10 years of proven expertise in project engineering management, product management, and marketing, focusing on platforms.
• Experience in the EDA space is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex, cross-functional technical projects from conception to completion.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges.
• Familiarity with onboarding processes for new products and services.
• Familiarity with Gen-AI and Platform Engineering is highly preferred.
• A track record of optimizing system performance and ensuring high-quality integration outcomes.
