The Opportunity

The Strategic Partnership Account (SPA) program develops and executes tailored lifecycle marketing campaigns to help drive customer value realization, deepen adoption, and strengthen product stickiness. Through impactful storytelling and a cross-channel strategy, the program engages personas at target accounts - ranging from executives to practitioners - to deliver experiences that maximize customer success and satisfaction.

This opportunity offers hands-on experience in shaping seamless account journeys, enhancing customer experiences across all personas, and contributing to a collaborative team focused on driving business impact.

All 2025 Adobe interns will be co-located hybrid. This means that interns will work between their assigned office and home. Interns will be based in the office where their manager and/or team are located, where they will get the most support to ensure collaboration and the best employee experience. Managers and their organization will determine the frequency they need to go into the office to meet priorities.

What You'll Do

  • Assist in mapping existing account journeys per persona to identify their current experiences and communications.
  • Help analyze customer touchpoints and engagement data to uncover opportunities and insights that enhance their customer journey.
  • Partner with team members to refine and streamline processes that enable the delivery of seamless experiences to top accounts.
  • Contribute to performance reporting by tracking campaign effectiveness, analyzing engagement metrics, and identifying areas of improvement.
  • Research and document key personas within target accounts to ensure marketing efforts are tailored to their needs and interests.
  • Identify resources and opportunities to better engage target personas across the buyer's journey.

What You Need to Succeed

  • Currently enrolled full time and pursuing a bachelor's degree; or equivalent degree required with an expected graduation date of December 2025 - June 2026
  • Ability to participate in a full-time internship between May - September 2025
  • Comfortable with data and extracting insights from data
  • Strong inter-personal skills and able to effectively communicate across multiple teams
  • Well-versed in formulating recommendations and a clear point of view on a topic to help fuel strategy recommendations
  • Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills required
  • Microsoft PowerBI experience a plus
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $25.00 -- $30.00 hourly. Your recruiter can share more about the specific pay rate for your job location during the hiring process.
