Role and responsibilities

The Sr. Wafer E-Chuck Driver Design Engineer is responsible for the following deliverables:

  • The functional block diagrams describing the overview of the functions within the (sub) system on a high level to meet the key requirement like extremely precision, stability, reliability and zero micro-discharge for 50KV system,
  • The Wafer E-Chuck module specification (EPS), test specification (TPS), design specification (EDS) and qualification document (TAR)
    • Define, document and maintain requirements and design, realize the engineering of high voltage system and modules (up to 50KV).
    • Concept study and perform trade-off studies to determine the preferred implementation scenario for the realization of the Wafer E-Chuck Driver
    • Make concept designs that meet the key requirement and international standards on electrical safety, and system performance requirement
  • Design precision high voltage power supply and isolation power supply
  • Design ultra-low noise voltage and current amplifier with both highest reliability and highest precision for e-beam inspection tools
  • Design signal conditioning circuit for ADC and DAC for HV system.
  • Design the test fixture for module level testing
  • Conduct schematic capture, circuit simulation, PCB layout
  • Prepare technical documents for module manufacture and release.
  • Conduct module prototyping, debug, and full function bench test
  • Support sub-system level and system level integration
  • Operate in a multidisciplinary team and interface with multiple projects to realize own work.
  • Manage the electrical interfaces between the modules in the product.
