The Global Technology Partnerships team is looking for an experienced technologist to join our team and lead a new ISV developer advocacy team. The ISV developer advocacy team will inspire and support our ISV partner developer community around the world to build the next generation of apps and integrations for the Salesforce Platform. Who you are We are looking for an experienced technologist who embraces enterprise software development and has built production ready applications for the Salesforce Platform. You are a creative thinker who understands when to choose visual builder tools or when to build with code from scratch. You are equally comfortable working with flows as well as with web frontend frameworks, Apex, or APIs. You deeply understand the Salesforce developer experience and are a scratch org and 2nd gen packaging wizard. You nerd out over the latest release notes and can't wait to try each new feature in your pre-release org. You love creating inspirational and technical reference apps and demos, and complementing those with accessible video and written content. You are a proven "YouTube native" that loves to captivate their audiences on screen. Responsibilities

For New York-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $202,700 to $293,900. For Washington-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $185,500 to $268,900. For California-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $202,700 to $293,900. Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for incentive compensation, equity, benefits.
