Looking for an opportunity to work for one of the world's largest food service companies and influence a Fortune 5 tech company's food program? This role provides an opportunity to work in a fast-paced, strategy-driven environment with one of Compass Groups' top global clients! This position will lead the creation and implementation of customer experience strategies for a Fortune 5 tech company's food and beverage program. This role will work with Compass One's cross-functional team to implement and report on various hospitality initiatives that drive customer engagement, mobile adoption, and speed of service across various ordering journeys. This role will report to the Director of Strategy and Analytics. As part of the E15 analytics team supporting Compass One's Central Leadership, the ideal candidate will lead continuous improvement of the customer experience in the food program. This person will partner with operators across North America to deliver actionable insights to enhance customer engagement and drive the success of our mobile and in-person ordering experience. In this role, you will collaborate with operations, marketing, finance, and project management teams. This work will play a key role in advancing data-driven decision-making. By streamlining processes and enabling better understanding of customer behaviors, you will empower operators to focus on providing exceptional service while maximizing the impact of our digital platforms. This role is hybrid and expected to be located in either Seattle, WA, Washington DC, Nashville, Los Angeles, Boston, or NYC. Responsibilities Qualifications:
* 3 to 6 years of experience in quantitative analysis, consulting, or client-facing roles, with a strong background in interacting with internal leadership. Apply to E15 today!
