Mountain Youth Academy (a UHS company) is seeking a Licensed Therapist (or Master's Level eligible for licensure as an LCSW, LPC) to join our growing team! Mountain Youth Academy is centrally located near Johnson City, TN, Boone, NC, and Abingdon, VA. We are a 120-bed residential treatment facility and assist in the evaluation, diagnosis and treatment of a wide range of behavioral health issues for our young adolescent patients. Retention Bonus Available: POSITION SUMMARY: Responsible for overseeing and coordinating delivery of clinical services to patients on designated unit to include clinical support, conducting interventions, psychosocial assessments, developing treatment plans, conducting group, individual and family therapy. This position is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the delivery of patient continuing care and family services. This includes providing clinical support conducting interventions, conducting psychosocial assessments, developing the patient's treatment plan, conducting group, individual and family therapy. Qualifications LPC and/or LCSW licensed in the State of Tennessee preferred or the candidate must have a Master's Degree in a related field that would allow the candidate eligible to gain licensure as an LPC, LCSW in the State of Tennessee . Prefer two years' experience conducting group, individual and family therapy using a variety of treatment modalities. Supervision is provided for those Master level candidates seeking licensure. |
