As the Bio-Rad QC Supervisor, you will oversee the day to day responsibilities around the testing and release of manufactured material. You wil interface with multiple departments to achieve product release timelines. Maintain high levels of quality throughout the process with compliance to Good Manufacturing Practice/Good Laboratory Practice (GMP/GLP).

How You'll Make An Impact:



  • Monitor daily operations and reviews QC test data.
  • Plan and execute changes to ensure testing practices are relevant and sustainable.
  • Manage multiple teams to ensure on time testing and release of material.
  • Develop Installation Qualification (IQ), Operation Qualification (OQ), and Performance Qualification (PQ) validation plans and reports.
  • Adhere to the highest quality standards.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
  • Provide advanced troubleshooting assistance and training.
  • Track and maintain metrics to drive efficiency and identify problems.


What You Bring:



  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent, in a life science or related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in Quality Control or Manufacturing.
  • 3-5 years of supervisory experience.
  • Familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems a plus.
  • Understanding of ISO 13485, FDA regulations, GMP and GLP required.
  • Strong technical, communication, and analytical skills required.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) required.

Compensation: The estimated base salary range for this position is $91,500 - $125,900 at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be provided in writing at the time of offer, if applicable, and is based on several factors we believe fairly and accurately impact compensation, including geographic location, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and other job permitted factors. This position is also eligible for a variable annual bonus, which is dependent upon achievement of your individual objectives and Company performance.
