What you will do:

* Proactively identify and effectively resolve logistical challenges such as material shortages, delays, and quality issues.
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize material flow, minimize waste and enhance overall operational efficiency.
* Ensure the timely and accurate delivery of materials to production lines to support manufacturing schedules.
* Safely move material between the dock, warehouse and/or manufacturing areas.

How you will do it:

* Communicate effectively with production teams, management and other departments, both verbally and in writing.
* Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of material handlers, ensuring their effective training, development and performance.
* Foster strong interpersonal relationships with colleagues to enhance collaboration and teamwork.
* Champion workplace safety by ensuring adherence to all safety protocols and minimizing risk for all employees.
* Adhere to the Company's Code of Conduct and Business Ethics standards.

What we look for
Required:

* University degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. 3 Years suggested minimum experience.
* Experience with SAP/WMS Systems preferred specifically as it relates to material movements.
* Leadership/supervisory experience along with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.) and other relevant software applications.
* Ability to adapt quickly and effectively to changing priorities.
* Excellent verbal and written communication, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to build and maintain positive relationships.
