Job Overview:

As Administrative Assistant your goal will be to assure each office has the tools they need to function accordingly including. While promoting geriatric behavioral health services within long term care facilities through contacting Licensed Nursing Homes and Assistant living in the State of New Jersey. In this role you will be expected to maintain HIPPA compliance and respect the professional practice working at all times in the best interests the older adult community.

Qualification:

Required:

  • Highschool Diploma or BA level
  • At least one (1) year related experience

Scheduling Requirements:

  • Shift- 8:30am-4:30pm
  • Monday-Friday including Holidays
  • Full Time/ Day

Job Requirement:

  • To fulfill the duties and responsibilities of an Administrative Assistant for the S-COPE grant you will be promoting geriatric behavioral health services within long term care facilities through contacting Licensed Nursing Homes and Assistant living in the State of New Jersey
  • As a S-COPE Administrative Assistant you will be operating with an interdisciplinary team consisting of Gero psychiatrist (Consultants), an advanced nurse practitioner, licensed clinical social workers, and master level clinicians attending grand rounds and monthly team meetings where it is the administrative assistant responsibilities to capture team minutes
  • As Administrative Assistant your goal will be to assure each office has the tools they need to function accordingly including, office supplies, assessment packets, training material, scheduling car maintenance and assuring all car needs are up to date, monitoring and assuring all bills and receipts are submitted on a timely manner and up to date
  • In addition, the administrative assistant will assist clinicians to communicate with facilities setting up trainings for the clinicians to provide to facilities across NJ
  • In the need of CEU requirements, the administrative assistance will complete paper work with the program director overseeing material
  • The Administrative assistant will be asked to assist clinicians in their office to file material when needed. S-COPE administrative assistant will provide support to ensure the efficient operation for the program is being met
  • Within this role you must have a clean driving record due to utilizing company vehicles. In this role you will be expected to maintain HIPPA compliance and respect the professional practice working at all times in the best interests the older adult community
