Atkore's Global Project group provides specialty construction services and system solutions for some of the world's largest and most complex building projects. This part of our business is growing rapidly as we meet the evolving needs of our global customers. Who we are looking for: We are currently looking for a Vice President - Sales, Global Projects to be based out of one of our North American or European offices. Reporting to the President, Global Construction Services. This person will be responsible for leading our commercial efforts to develop and implement our strategic growth initiatives within our target market verticals of Data Center, Semiconductor Chip and advanced manufacturing construction. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a relevant field with a minimum of 10 years in global sales and management. A deep understanding and advanced knowledge of the construction industry and its delivery methods along with experience leading a global team and managing long-cycle projects. Additionally, preference will be given to Muti-lingual fluency in non-English languages as well as experience in lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and experience working in a business system-based company is strongly preferred. This role will manage our commercial team operating in the USA, the UK and Europe and will work closely with the Design and Estimating team to identify construction opportunities with both existing and new clients to develop a total value solution addressing specific project and program needs. It will require hands-on leadership to support our corporate strategic initiative focused on helping our customers-who include Owners, General Contractors, Mechanical-Electrical-Plumbing Subcontractors, and Off-Site Manufacturers-to successfully execute large-scale construction programs in North America, Europe and Asia. As of the date of this posting, a good faith estimate of the current pay for this position is $196,400 - $270,050. Placement in the range depends on several factors including, but not limited to, specific competencies, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, relevant experience, skills, seniority, performance, shift, travel requirements, and business or organizational needs and may change over time. Other compensation may include, but not limited to, overtime, shift differentials, bonuses, commissions, stock, and other incentives. Benefits available include:
