Job Overview
The Product Supply Network Analyst I is responsible for maintaining, analyzing, and validating the Product Supply Planning data of the Company, including but not limited to supply and demand planning and full goods purchasing. This position is responsible for keeping the data elements synchronized across multiple systems,performing data maintenance,and ensuring data integrity of our supply chain software management tools (Blue Yonder, CONA SAP, and emerging product supply systems). The Product Supply Network Analyst will have ongoing involvement in the continuous improvement of the data management.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Keys planning data elements across multiple systems for integrity and optimization (Blue Yonder, CONA SAP) and recommends system adjustments to achieve high levels of customer service while maintaining a low level of inventory
- Provides regular analysis of sourcing options for finished Goods and determines solutions that provide the best customer service at the lowest cost
- Uses Blue Yonder and CONA SAP software to maintain and validate data integrity of daily plan by ensuring master data and key system setups are appropriately maintained, defined from inception to obsolescence for the company's finished goods and raw materials
- Communicates with both internal and external customers, partners to be effective in the execution of the daily business and the development of future business opportunities. (Sensitive SKU, DC conversions)
- Analyzes sales history, forecast accuracy, inventory and service levels, and other key KPIs to identify trends, determine root cause, and develop solutions to continuously improve the entire process and KPIs
- Performs other duties as assigned
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
- Knowledge of planning systems and understanding of CPG go-to-market strategies
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- 2 - 5 years of business and logistics, planning experience in a demanding environment
- 2 - 5 years SAP experience
- Data validation and synchronization across multiple IT platforms
- Supply Chain Network optimization
- Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple projects, business teams
- Six Sigma, Lean, APICS certifications a plus
- Excel SuperUser with the ability to build Access databases
- ERP experience such as SAP and other strong capabilities with regards to analytical applications like MS Excel and access has required the ability to meet tight deadlines
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (4 years)
- Knowledge acquired through 3 to up to 5 years of work experience
- Supply Chain, Business Information Systems
