About us: We are a dynamic physical therapy practice that incorporates evidence-based practice into treatment of clients with orthopedic and sports-related injuries. Our state-of-the-art facility includes an on-site sports performance center, aquatic center, and cutting-edge technology. Our clinical team encourages collaboration with fellow physical therapists, in addition to on-site occupational therapists, athletic trainers, and exercise physiologists to support our patients' needs. This is a great opportunity to develop or enhance advanced orthopedic and manual therapy skills. Seeking a candidate with a clinical specialist background, strong orthopedic and sports experience preferred. The Clinical Specialist will assist the Rehab Team Leader with specialty program development & external marketing; participate in multidisciplinary rounds, provide formal & informal in-services /educational offerings for staff and the community; assess & track outcomes and develop plans, based on clinical outcomes & metrics and mentor peers. In addition, this position demonstrates competency in the performance of duties and responsibilities related to patient evaluation; development of care plans; administration of therapeutic interventions and documentation of clinical care. 3.
