New Increased RN rates What You'll Do: Utilizeclinical judgmentto assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care. Follow protocols and policies to ensure safety and quality in emergency and routine situations. Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate essential patient data clearly. Develop and integrate teaching plans into patient care, enhancing overall wellness. Systems Thinking: Efficiently manage resources and document patient care accurately. Participate in quality improvement initiatives to elevate patient outcomes. Clinical Inquiry: Commit to ongoing learning and skill enhancement, sharing your knowledge with peers. Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to unit-based performance evaluations. Unit-Specific Responsibilities: Complete unit-specific competencies and actively engage in quality initiatives that align with nursing-sensitive indicators. Qualifications - External Experience Minimum Required * Graduate of accredited nursing program with RN licensure.
