As an Early Childhood Educator at Wentworth-Douglass Hospital, you will be responsible for creating and implementing age-appropriate curriculum, guiding children through developmental milestones, and fostering an environment of love and respect. You will collaborate with other educators, communicate with parents, and actively contribute to the overall development of each child in your care.
Experience Minimum Required- 1 to 2 years of experience Education Minimum Required- Associates Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field or actively matriculating toward Assoc Degree with completion within 2 yrs of hire. Special Skills Minimum Required- Possesses traits of creativity, nurturing, and personal warmth. - Possesses good communication skills, a willingness to work as a team with co-workers, and an acceptance of and adherence to the Ethical Conduct Code of the National Association for the Education of Young Children. - Licensure and/or Certifications Required- CPR and First Aid within three months of hire Wentworth-Douglass Hospital, an affiliate of Mass General Brigham, is committed to supporting patient care, research, teaching, and service to the community.
