Endoscopy Surgical Technologist 30 hours - 3 -10 hour shifts - No call, no weekends or holidays $10,000 Sign-On bonus is being offered to eligible new hires! This is the first level in the surgical technologist career ladder. The Surgical Tech at Brigham and Women's Hospital plays an important role and is responsible for the preparation and maintenance of the operating room environment, as well assists with the peri-operative care of patients. They work closely with surgeons and nurses to ensure the smooth and efficient function of the operating room. A Surgical Tech must have a strong understanding of sterile techniques and be able to work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environment.
