Job Summary The Specialty Pharmacy Technician I will ensure accurate and timely data entry, product dispensing, and packing of prescription orders and will be responsible to provide exceptional customer service. The technician will work in a high volume fulfillment and/or call center environment on a multi- disciplinary team. Routine interaction with specialty pharmacy patients with complex medication needs requiring high touch care and follow-up. Third party online adjudication experience and outpatient pharmacy or long term care pharmacy experience preferred.
