Job Summary:

ArchWell Health is seeking a Security Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will manage and oversee security operations, implement security protocols, and ensure the safety of our employees, facilities, and assets. The Security Analyst will work closely with market leadership to maintain security platforms, address security risks, and collaboratively respond to security incidents.

Duties/Responsibilities:



  • Oversee daily security operations for all centers via established monitoring platforms.
  • Monitor and evaluate security measures to protect property and personnel.
  • Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and protocols as necessary.
  • Manage access control for all market and center level colleagues, including badge printing and maintenance.
  • Collaborate with market leaders to review CCTV surveillance systems, ensuring security compliance.
  • Conduct risk assessments and site inspections to identify security vulnerabilities.
  • Investigate and report on security incidents, managing responses and corrective actions.
  • Provide training and guidance to staff on established security platforms, and security policies.
  • Liaise with law enforcement and emergency services as needed.
  • Prepare and maintain security-related reports and documentation.



Required Skills/Abilities:



  • Proven experience in a security or coordination role.
  • Familiarity with security systems and protocols, including CCTV, access control, and alarm systems.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to remain calm and decisive under pressure.
  • Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations related to workplace security.
  • Experience in incident response and risk management.
  • Available 24/7, if needed.
  • Travel 10%, if required.



Minimum Qualifications:



  • Associate's degree or equivalent to two years security coordinator experience.
  • Minimum two years' experience in the security field.
  • Minimum two years' experience with security company platforms managing multiple locations and employee access and access cards.
