Acara Solutions is seeking highly qualified candidates to work on-site with our customer in Littleton , CO. Interested? Primary responsibilities include PC Deployments refreshes, break/fix, re-imaging, etc. Set up and configure PC's Logistical work - IT Hardware inventory tracking and support ; Asset Management Assist in the relocation of customer employees on the facility (move PCs and activate data drops in new location). Basic technical certification, hardware repair, component level knowledge, operation systems (Windows, MAC, Unix/Linux, and application knowledge, troubleshooting techniques Performs identified Move/Add/Change activity to include all required computer modifications. Support other personnel as required with the installation/modification of IT duties surrounding PC, network, hardware, software, etc. Sets up and ensures operability of systems and hardware components prior to field deployment. Analyzes failed equipment, performs standard repairs, and tests of components or equipment. Duties includeinstalling, testing, maintaining, and repairing telephones.
