Analyst, Operations (Temp)

Job Summary:

The Operations Analyst is an entry-level role responsible for sourcing data from multiple sources, organizing it, and creating trackers for important clinical operations activities within ArchWell Health markets and centers. These trackers will be updated regularly to ensure accurate and timely reporting. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Duties/Responsibilities:



  • Collect, organize, aggregate and consolidate important operational data from various sources to support operational activities at a center level.
  • Support division clinical and operational leadership to monitor and maintain trackers used within markets.
  • Create and maintain trackers for operational activities, ensuring they are updated regularly.
  • Identify trends and provide insights to improve operational efficiency.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for management.
  • Collaborate with different departments to gather necessary information and ensure data accuracy.



Required Skills/Abilities:



  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field or related discipline.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Excel formulas, Power Query and Power Pivot required.
  • Entry-level skills in SQL or Python required (e.g. ability to perform basic joins between data sets).
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.



Minimum Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field or related discipline
  • Demonstrated ability to aggregate, interpret, and consolidate data from multiple sources.
  • Prior experience in a similar role preferred.
