TEK Systems is hiring for Financial Service Professionals in Tempe, AZ! As a Financial Service Professional, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service to advisors and investors. Essential Job Functions: * You will bein with a four month contract training program, during which you will study for and obtain your SIE, receiving extensive training on clients, systems, and products. Throughout this entire period, you will receive hands-on coaching and support as well as guided on the job training. * You will serve as the first point of contact for Advisors and their Investors, takin 25 - 30 inbound contacts daily, handling everything from simple account inquiries to supporting complex financial transactions. In a Typical Day: * World-Class Service: You'll have the opportunity to deliver stellar experiences with each interaction. * Problem Solve & Advise: Utilize your critical thinking to resolve issues in real time, ensuring cusotmer satisfaction. * Research & Navigate: Conduct detailed research and navigate various databases to provide accurate solutions for clients. * Collaborate & Innovate: Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure efficient and effective resolutions, emphasizing a team-oriented approach. * Career & Community: You'll have regular time for coaching, career development activities, and events. Other Details: * Must be available between the hours of 7am - 5pm MST * Must have a proper work from home setup Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $24.00 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
