General Manager / Regional VP - Global Data Center Solutions

What You Will Do:

As the Regional Leader of the North American Direct Data Center Business, you will oversee sales and operations across multiple business lines, including Applied Equipment, Silent Aire, Security, Fire Detection and Suppression, Controls, and Service & Parts. Acting as General Manager / Regional VP, you will manage North American operations to ensure profitability, operational excellence, and alignment with global strategies tailored to the region.

How You Will Do It:

  • P&L Leadership: Oversee the region's P&L, manage budgets, optimize revenue streams, and ensure financial objectives and KPIs are met.

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute strategies for growth and efficiency, aligning with global goals while addressing the unique dynamics of the North American market.

  • Sales Strategy & Leadership: Drive sales performance by setting targets, developing key customer relationships, and executing the regional sales strategy to achieve revenue and growth objectives.

  • Operational Oversight: Ensure seamless daily operations, including supply chain management, logistics, and customer service, while maintaining high standards in service and delivery.

  • Cross-Regional Collaboration: Coordinate with global and other regional teams to harmonize strategies and share best practices, enhancing efficiency and performance.

  • Customer & Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with C-level executives and stakeholders to improve customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for growth and scalability.

  • Leadership & Team Development: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of direct and indirect reports across sales, operations, and support functions.

What You Will Need:

  • 15+ years of leadership experience in the data center, technology, or industrial sectors, with a proven track record of managing large-scale P&Ls in North America.

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

  • Expertise in data center operations, including service, sales, and supply chain.

  • Strong experience in change management and leading organizational transformations.

  • Proven ability to engage and influence C-level executives and external partners.

  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and a customer-centric approach.

HIRING SALARY RANGE: $217,200 - $298,600. Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data. This role also offers a competitive bonus plan that will take into account individual, group, and corporate performance.
