DESCRIPTION OF WORK

In this role, you will ensure a clean and safe workplace. Your tasks will involve regular cleaning, waxing, dusting, and polishing floors. You will also be responsible for cleaning restrooms and replenishing supplies, as well as properly disposing of waste materials. Additionally, you will take care of the outdoor areas and building entrances, which includes shoveling snow; sweeping paths; mowing the lawn; and handling seasonal landscaping.
You will keep fleet vehicles clean as needed and perform weekly cleaning of the wash bay walls and floors. Interior painting will be part of your scheduled duties, along with setting up conference rooms as instructed. You will also manage the raising and lowering of flags as required. Daily communication with supervisors and coworkers will be essential to complete your assigned tasks effectively.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:
- Full-time employment
- Work hours are 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Monday-Friday, with a 30-minute lunch. Work hours may vary due to operational or seasonal needs.
- This position may require overtime and travel.
- Salary: In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable.
