In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including custodial and groundskeeping duties, as well as performing maintenance work in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, masonry, and other essential services. DESCRIPTION OF WORK

In this position, you will maintain the surrounding grounds by mowing, trimming, removing leaves, sweeping, pruning trees, and trimming hedges. You will handle painting, sanding, staining, and patching both interior and exterior areas of the facility. Remodeling tasks will include repairing, installing, and removing doors, shelving, floor tiles, roofing, walls, and enclosures. You will also perform plumbing repairs and install faucets and fixtures, as well as conduct electrical repairs and install wall and ceiling fixtures, switches, ballasts, and lighting. Additionally, you will carry out masonry work by repairing and installing concrete walks and curbs. To meet these responsibilities, it is important to be proficient in using both hand and power tools. Interested in learning more? - Full-time employment, 37.5 hours per week
- Work hours are 8:00 AM to :00 PM, Monday - Friday, with 30-minute lunch.
- Telework: This position does not offer telework.
- Salary: In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY

QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:
- Two years of experience as a Maintenance Repairman 1; or
- Four years of experience in building and plant maintenance work, which has involved at least two of the building, electrical, or mechanical trades; or
- Any equivalent combination of experience and training that affords the applicant with the Required Knowledges, Skills, and Abilities.
Additional Requirement:
- You must be able to perform essential job functions.

- You must pass a background investigation and meet Criminal Justice Information Services (CJIS) compliance requirements.
