THE JOB:
As a Floral Assistant, you will play a key role in bringing breathtaking floral designs to life, supporting every step of the decor production process-from creative conception to stunning final displays.

THE STARTING RATE:

• $17.25 per hour.

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Collaborate with talented Floral Designers to craft small, elegant pieces that wow our clients.
• Hone your skills in floral mechanics, event budgeting, and design while bringing visions to life for spectacular events.
• Stay ahead of the curve by exploring the latest design trends, techniques, and vendor products.
• Work hands-on with event decor production-receive, process, and organize floral products with precision, ensuring every detail meets perfection.
• Prepare and deliver floral containers, props, and carts, and lead setup and teardown for events that leave lasting impressions.
• Manage inventory, report variances, and keep our supplies ready for the next big creation.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Must have a high school diploma, GED or equivalent.
• At least one (1) year of experience in the floral industry or relevant experience.
• Knowledgeable of floral processing, product, design and mechanics.
• Able to work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays.
