Position Description
Job Title: Detailer/Facility Maintenance - Jersey City
Reports To: Operations Manager
Scope: This position is responsible for detailing and cleaning, Vehicles, Facilities and Grounds as needed.
Salary Range: $18 to $22 per hour
This information reflects the proposed base salary range for this position based on available data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay is determined by additional factors including job related skills, experience, applicable education or training and other relevant factors.
Major Areas of Responsibility:
- Cleans interior and exterior of all vehicles assigned as well as performing lavatory dumps.
- Maintains facility cleanliness and maintenance as needed including emptying trash, breaking down cardboard/pallets, spraying and trimming weeds.
- Pick up and deliver parts as needed using company vehicle.
- Compliance with all state local and Federal regulations applicable to operations, buildings, grounds, and personnel including EPA, OSHA, DOT and Workers' Compensation
- Other Duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Must be able to move coaches around property
- Must be available to work before or after shift if needed
- Valid drivers license
- Willing to travel if needed
Skills:
- Understands and adheres to all company & safety policies and procedures
Physical Demands:
- Ability to lift, push and pull at least 50 pounds
- Ability to bend, stoop, squat and lift infrequently
