DESCRIPTION OF WORK
-
In this position you will be responsible for performing maintenance of various trades including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and painting throughout NWOB. This includes participating in the building's maintenance and repair program by performing skilled and semi-skilled tasks as required to include painting, masonry, plumbing, electric, carpentry, and other duties as necessary to ensure the upkeep and safety of the NWOB and grounds. - Full-time employment
- Work hours are 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 60-minute lunch.
- Salary: The starting salary for this position for new Commonwealth employees is fixed at the minimum salary listed above and is not negotiable.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY

QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:
- Two years of experience as a Maintenance Repairman 1; or
- Four years of experience in building and plant maintenance work, which has involved at least two of the building, electrical, or mechanical trades; or
- Any equivalent combination of experience and training that affords the applicant with the Required Knowledges, Skills, and Abilities.
Special Requirements:
- You must possess a valid Pennsylvania Class C Driver's License.

- You must be able to perform essential job functions.
Legal Requirements:
- You must pass a background investigation. An applicant with a felony conviction within the last ten years of their prospective date of employment is not permitted to work for the PLCB, per section 210(c) of the Pennsylvania Liquor Code. Other criminal convictions will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
