Job Title: Test Technician

Location: San Diego, CA

Duration: 12+ Month


Work Days: Mon-Fri

Shift Time: 7:30am - 4:30pm PST

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Test Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have the ability to conduct routine and repetitive tests on circuits, components, and electronic units using established test procedures while thriving in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct routine and repetitive tests on circuits, components, and electronic units using established test procedures.
  • Work effectively in a matrix team structure with minimal supervision.
  • Collaborate with team members using workplace communication tools such as MS Teams, Slack, or Discord, along with Microsoft 365 Enterprise and Workday.
  • Set up bench testing for chipsets.
  • Operate test equipment commonly used in manufacturing and software design.
  • Maintain a professional and team-oriented demeanor.
  • Work flexible hours as required.
  • Exhibit a self-starter attitude and demonstrate passion for the work.
  • Sit or stand for extended periods (8+ hours per day) and perform tasks requiring manual dexterity.


Requirements:

  • Education: High School Diploma required.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of relevant work experience.



Skills:

  • Strong experience working in a matrix team structure.
  • Proficiency with workplace communication tools such as MS Teams, Slack, or Discord, along with Microsoft 365 Enterprise and Workday.
  • Experience in setting up bench testing of chipsets.
  • Familiarity with test equipment used in manufacturing and software design.
  • Ability to follow established test procedures for circuits, components, and electronic units.
  • Additional Requirements:
  • Ability to use hands and fingers with precision (manual dexterity).
  • Good eyesight, both near and far.
  • Must be a team player and adaptable to a dynamic environment.
