Responsibilities

As a Resource Center Representative, you will:

  • Provide a high level of service when assisting external and internal customers by maintaining resource knowledge to ensure seamless access to all Hazelden Betty Ford programs and services.
  • Respond to customer's requests, utilizing communication skills, via telephone-mail, and written correspondence by gathering pertinent information and forwarding it appropriately.

**The ideal candidate must reside within a commutable distance to our Center City, MN campus.**


Qualifications

  • High school or equivalent
  • Sales/customer service experience required
  • Ability to type 30 words per minute required
  • Basic knowledge of chemical dependency
  • Experience with MS Office software required
  • Ability to speak Spanish desired
  • Able to work rotating holidays
